Guide
How to build mini account briefs that convert.
This is the structure we use inside Cordavo to deliver researched accounts with context, evidence, and angles your GTM team can email today.
What is a mini brief?
A concise, outbound-ready summary that answers: why this account, why now, who to contact, and what to say on the first touch.
What goes inside
Fit summary, timing signal, wedge to lead with, risks/objections to watch for, public evidence links/screens, 1–3 personas with verified work emails.
How we keep it short
Two to three paragraphs plus bullets. Enough context to write a relevant email without overwhelming a rep.
Why it beats large CSV exports
Higher reply rates, lower research time per rep, fewer bounces, and less time spent debating whether an account is worth it.
Example first-touch angles
Use the brief to write an email in minutes.
- Reference a live trigger (“Saw you just launched a EU data center and hired 2 AEs…”)
- State the wedge (“We help teams keep outbound quality high while you scale hiring”)
- Invite a small next step (“Want me to drop 5 similar accounts with angles into your sequence?”)
